Yoga for everyBODY! Flowing with balance, we focus on alignment, stress relief & relaxation to stimulate both the physical and energy bodies. This is an excellent style for those who appreciate longer holds in individual postures and prefer a slower, more meditative approach to the practice. This class combines international music with dance moves, incorporating interval training with energetic fast and slow moves! Join the party!

TABATA

This total body, heart pumping, workout includes full-body strength training and high intensity cardio bursts for 20 seconds, combined with 10 second rest periods between moves. This high intensity interval training method will tone your body, improve your endurance, and boost your energy!
