This class is a combination of multiple methods of stretching, foam rolling, muscle pain release, and movement quality improvement. It's not flexibility, but it involves being flexible. It's not yoga, but it might incorporate some yoga positions. It's not stability, but it includes having core strength.


See consistent results while burning a high amount of calories and improving cardiovascular endurance in this non-impact class. Whether you're a beginner or avid cyclist this class is for you! Different rides include but are not limited to intervals, strength, split rides, race day, combo & variety. Train like an athlete, ride like a racer and find your inner champion!


Cardio boxing is an class that combines kickboxing movements, in a fast-paced manner, accompanied by high-tempo music. In a cardio kickboxing class, you will learn proper form for the famous jab, hooks, crosses, uppercuts, back kicks, front kicks, and the like—all engaging both your lower and upper body.


This class provides a combination of healthy alignment and the ability to play with familiar and new poses. From beginners to seasoned practitioners, this class energizes in a way that will promote flexibility, mobility, strength, & relaxation. Move with your breath and focus your attention, finding a balanced flow to get into your own body.


This style of yoga is wonderful for those seeking a very relaxing, gentle, and restorative practice. Deep restorative work improves range of motion, joint mobility, and reduces pain. This class goes beyond the hustle and the muscle, getting to the body's healing abilities to nourish the connective tissue and relax stress responses.

This medium-high intensity workout incorporates 30 second intervals of body weight strength & cardio movements for a massive calorie burn in just 30 minutes!


This total body, heart pumping, workout includes full-body strength training and high intensity cardio bursts for 20 seconds, combined with 10 second rest periods between moves. This high intensity interval training method will tone your body, improve your endurance, and boost your energy!
