The emphasis of this class is on lower body & core, with both strength and cardio movements incorporated
CYCLE
See consistent results while burning a high amount of calories and improving cardiovascular endurance in this non-impact class. Whether you're a beginner or avid cyclist this class is for you! Different rides include but are not limited to intervals, strength, split rides, race day, combo & variety. Train like an athlete, ride like a racer and find your inner champion!
SELF DEFENSE
Learn safety strategies and physical techniques that can help you to successfully escape, resist and survive violent attacks.
YOGA
This class provides a combination of healthy alignment and the ability to play with familiar and new poses. From beginners to seasoned practitioners, this class energizes in a way that will promote flexibility, mobility, strength, & relaxation. Move with your breath and focus your attention, finding a balanced flow to get into your own body.
K-POP
K-Pop is a blend of hip hop & jazz, choreographed to Korean Pop music. All levels of experience welcome!
MEDITATION
Calm your mind, settle your body, and reconnect. Meditation reduces stress, anxiety and blood pressure, strengthens the immune system as well as increases emotional balance. Practice awareness and return to presence in this guided meditation.

This mat based class focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement.
HOUSE & HIIT
This medium-high intensity workout incorporates 30-60 second intervals of body weight strength & cardio movements for a massive calorie burn, all set to house music
KETTLEBELLS
This total body, heart pumping, workout includes full-body strength training intervals using kettlebells!
